- You are registering an account for your own personal use only and not on behalf of any third party. Each individual may hold only one hd888 account. 3. Account Registration and Verification

Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held in the account.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 7. Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in any of the following may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all associated bets and bonuses, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Colluding with other players, sharing information during live games, or using any form of communication to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or against hd888. This includes — but is not limited to — chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting patterns in live casino, and any agreed-upon strategy between two or more players to exploit game mechanics.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets, or interact with the hd888 platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play. hd888 employs automated detection systems to identify non-human account behaviour and will act on any account where such behaviour is detected.
- Exploiting any software error, technical fault, pricing error, or system vulnerability. Any winnings generated as a result of a technical fault or system error are not valid and will be voided. Players who identify a genuine fault are encouraged to report it to support immediately rather than exploiting it.
- Opening or operating more than one hd888 account, whether under the same name, a different name, or using different contact details. This includes accounts opened by immediate family members sharing the same device or payment method, where the intent to circumvent the single-account rule is established.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, using the hd888 platform for money laundering purposes, or otherwise attempting to use hd888 as a vehicle for any financial crime. hd888 is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation.
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing hd888 staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media. hd888 maintains zero tolerance for abusive conduct directed at its customer support team and reserves the right to immediately terminate any account from which such conduct originates.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
hd888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; the player's account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; the player has provided false information during registration or verification; the player has engaged in bonus abuse or any form of collusion; or the ongoing operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the hd888 platform or to other players.
Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, hd888 may, at its discretion, retain any balance held in the account where that balance has been generated through activity that constitutes a breach of these terms. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, where hd888 chooses to cease operations in a particular market — any verified balance held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the hd888 platform — including but not limited to the hd888 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of hd888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hd888 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any hd888 content without the prior written consent of hd888. 10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hd888 shall not be liable to any player for: any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; losses arising from the player's reliance on any information or content published on the hd888 platform; or losses arising from the interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service provided through it, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond hd888's reasonable control.
hd888's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their hd888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit hd888's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by hd888's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
